Based on the very popular RPG maker 2000, RPG maker 2003 lets
you make your own RPG games. Many fans of RPG maker recommend
RM2k instead. RM2k3 does have a few new features, but not enough
to make up for the new combat system that can be very difficult
to set up, it also needs new types of material that can be hard
to get. Not many sites still have RPG maker 2003 available for
download so you will have to do some searching.
