The writer is becoming more and more important in modern game
production. The story is an important factor of a game, and
there are hundreds of pages of text that needs to be written.
Everything from character dialog, the story behind the game
to the user manual needs be written by a professional writer.
To get a job as a writer you must of course have excellent writing
skills, being able to communicate well through the written word
and have a good knowledge about story telling. A writer for
a game should also be a passionate gamer himself as games very
often demands a different writing style than books and films.
