This game starts out with a 14 year old kid as he was sitting on his bus most of the kids were green in sickness.  The bus driver fainted and the bus crashed by your town you get off call 911 and walk home.  I looked at a nearby creek I saw bubbles floating up.  I ignored them because I have been seeing them for a while.  I walk to the stop sign and then a loud roar is heard you turn your back and there is a giant monster.  It slashes at you it misses and you run home.  At first you have nothing to defend your self with so you just run home you fall in your bed cowering in fear.  You wake up and the town is destroyed.

When you walk out the door you drop kick an unknown person and take his blade and use it to save yourself.  Your mission find out about the monsters and find out who made them or how they got here.  You eventually meet partners and friends (even though most of them are dead) and they help you destroy your enemies.  It sort of goes like a war lead and arrows and many unknown weapons are almost hitting you and they could.  You haveclose range weapons, magic, and have a long range weapon mainly a sort of gun.  They also have statistics.  Here are some of the characters. 

Andrew:  You can change his name to whatever you want and make him or her look how you want.  This character is the main character not much is known about him based on the decisions you make are how he ends up

Mia:  The first person you find and help you if you choose to be a guy you could call her the girl next door excels in ranged combat and magic.

Dominique: he knows the whole story of the mysterious monsters he shows you the power of magic at first he is the most powerful of the  characters but soon the rest of them catch up and are as strong as him.  He gets murdered later in the game.

Sarah:  A wild lady she is quick and nimble she lives in the forest and that is where she joins you also find her close ranged combat.

Lucius: the only monster to ever join you he leaves the main enemy area and finds you where you gladly accept him he has all the abilitys of the monsters.

????????: this mysterious fingure helps you along on your quest he eventually joins you near the end of the game

Lizzy:  A biker you meet at a gas station he is your father.  He wears a bandana a black leather jacket he uses axes and powerful guns he powers people up as his magic he rides a bike so there are certain levels where you are just him

There are hundreds of enemies to exterminate.  One of the enemies are undead humans which you need to revive which may happen at the end of the game. every enemy looks a little different even if they are the same species.  This is fast paced you slit necks stab and all the cool action it is fast paced killing there are bosses also never look back.  There are 20 different endings.  Your ultimate mission: STAY ALIVE
