This device is use to change the screen on TVs from split-screen to multiple TV screens or vice versa.
To use the device, you must plug all devices(inputs), that are plugged into the TV(s)(output(s), into it. Then, plug it to the TV(s). Up to 4 devices can be plugged into it, and it can be plug into 4 TVs.
This device has 3 modes: Normal, Combine, and Seperate.
Normal Mode: In this mode, you must choose which input to watch. You can watch it on up to 4 outputs.
Combine Mode: It can combine up to 4 devices at once. In other words, you can watch up to four channels on the same screen.
Seperate Mode: It can seperate one full screen up into 4 full screens on different TVs. In other words, you can play split-screen games on more than one TV.
Instructions: When you turn on this device, a main menu will show up with the 3 main modes on it and asking you, "Is the TV tiled?". Choose "yes" or "no" and then the mode to use.
If you choose Normal Mode, a menu will show up with 4 inputs to choose from. Choose one of the inputs to watch on an output and you can watch it.
If you choose Combine Mode, a menu will show up asking how many inputs to combine and which output to use.
If you choose 2 inputs, a menu will show up asking which inputs to show. After choosing the inputs to show, and a menu will show asking you to split the screen horizontally or vertically and which side will be which input. After choosing the sides and screen split, the TV will show the inputs in screen converter mode.
If you choose 3 inputs, a menu will show up asking which input not to show. After choosing the input not to show, a menu will show up asking to split the screen into "a half and 2 quarters" or " 4 quarters", and choose what quarter or half each input is in. After choosing the inputs' positions, the TV will show the inputs in screen converter mode.
If you choose 4 inputs, a menu will show up asking which quarter will show which input. After choosing the quarters' inputs, the TV will show the inputs in screen converter mode.
If you choose Seperate Mode, a menu will show up asking which input to seperate and which outputs to use.
If you choose 2 outputs, a menu will show up asking which outputs to use. After choosing the outputs to show, and a menu will show asking you if the input screen split horizontally or vertically and which side will be on which output. After choosing the sides and screen split, the TV will show the input in screen converter mode on each output chosing.
If you choose 3 outputs, a menu will show up asking which output not to show. After choosing the output not to show, a menu will show up asking if the screen split into "a half and 2 quarters" or " 4 quarters", and choose what quarter or half each output will show. After choosing the outputs' screens, the TV will show the input screens in screen converter mode on each output chosing.
If you choose 4 inputs, a menu will show up asking which quarter will be shown in which output. After choosing the quarters' outputs, the TV will show the input screens in screen converter mode on each chosing output.
I know that we don't have the technology or somebody might be working on this as we speak, but I know this would be very useful for split-screen and linked video games.
