-part 1- End Today, Before Tomorrow

In part1,the evil Dr. Robotnik has gathered together the 7 chaos emeralds in an attempt to control the world.Sonic and friends try to intervene but an accident occurs propelling Sonic into the future.Where Robotnik now rules half the world but he'll soon make his final strike against the United Earth Forces for full domination.Can Sonic save the day with the help of a band of freedom fighters and return to the past?Or is the world doomed to a dark future....
The Sonic Adventure Trilogy is broken down into three separate stories that take place in different time periods of the game each with their own characters and locations.For all three stories one location stays relatively the same throughout which includes (1)Mountain Town- a small community at the bottom of a moutain; made up of rural homes,dense forests,waterfalls,and one major river called Blueway River; a coal mining facility with a logging company nearby that sends the materials down river on ships.(2)Midway Metropolis- located between M. Town and Coastal City; a large metropolis with buildings and business complex's,skyscrapers,factory's,a harbor,apartment complex's,an airport,with subway and railroad systems,and a ballpark called the Midway Metropolis Giants.One skyscraper that stands out is under construction called the Metro' Op. which when completed will be the tallest in the city.(3)Coastal City- located down river from M. Metropolis in a bay that leads to the ocean; a city with urban homes,buildings and business complex's,factory's,a railroad system,a large harbor,and a ballpark called the Coastal City Bigwave.The game play involves traveling through these cities and others in there different incarnations in all three stories,collecting rings,getting power-ups,battling enemies or bosses while teaming up with allies to complete a specific goal in an effort to restore the timeline.
 The evil Dr. Robotnik has succeed in utilizing the unlimitied  power of the 7 chaos emeralds into a weapon that can manipulate any area microscopically,into a deadly natural weather-type disater code named Rippleforce.The meaning behind the name is the effect it gives off when operated  like rain hitting water,thus a ripple effect occurs.Each emerald is placed in a egg-shaped sphere that floats in mid-air to better gather the energy it needs to cause a pulsating ripple effect to make the weather disaters.Also added with the weapons are 4 defense orbs that rotate like planets,but they each have their own arsenal to destroy any intruder that gets in their range.Another secret project are Robotnik's 3 new and improved hyper-metal sonics(Hyper-MS 01,02,03) that utilize the fragments of the master emerald.They have greater strength and intelligence,but an unforeseen effect has given them light speed,which would be more than match for Sonic.Although it's in its infantile state it could be too dangerous to use in combat for a lengthily amount of time.Before Robotnik can start his evil plan he needs more resources to finish the Rippleforce weapons so he decides to take hostage nearby citizens of Coastal City for ransom money.Our story begins as Sonic,Knuckles and Tails are enjoying some vacation when it's interrupted by the news of Robotnik's attack.Gameplay: Our heros must split-up to rescue as many people as possable in three different cities before they are taken back to Robotnik's floating fortress, the cities include,Knuckles- Mountain Town,Sonic- Midway Metropolis and Tails- Coastal City. Objectives include collecting rings,power-ups,saving citizens and defeating enemies.Once completed Sonic and friends reach the outskirts of Coastal City where they see some hostages taken to Robotnik's base out in the ocean where they must follow.Tails uses his airplane "Tornado" to take Sonic and Knuckles to the base but are attacked by the large array of enemies and anti-aircraft guns firing at them.Gameplay: Involves flying airplane while collecting rings and destroying enemies.Flying through the gunfire has taken its toil on the plane causing it to smoke and catch fire.The three heroes barely jump to the highest section of the fortress before the burning collides into some enemies.Now our heroes separate again,Knuckles and Tails head down through to find the hostages while Sonic looks for Robotniks main control center.Robotnik already aware of his foes entrance into his fortress orders his 3 Hyper-MS's to stop their interference before they reach the hostages.Gameplay: Control each character separately to their goal while collecting rings and battling enemies.Knuckles and Tails reach the holding area where the hostages are kept on the loading dock of the base and attempt to free them when they are attacked by 2 Hyper-MS's.Meanwhile Sonic reachs the control center where Robotnik and Hyper-MS03 are waiting for him.Knuckles and Tails are in trouble with these new metal sonics,so they devise a plan to by sometime to get the hostages out.Knuckles distracts the Hyper-MS's by battling them 1 on 2 while Tails frees the hostages leading them to 5 troop transports that will take eveyone out of the fortess.Gameplay: Use Knuckles to fight the 2 Hyper-MS's on a time limit causing as much damage to the enemies as possible.Switching to Sonic use him to battle the Hyper-MS03 but as they fight the control center is getting damaged.Robotnik is doing what he can to keep the floating fortess operating under the strain of the battle between the two foes.Unfortunately Tails and some people were injured by a stray laser blast from one of the metal sonic's that caused him to lose the ability to fly.Knuckles was able to bring Tails along on the last transport also Robotnik mobilizes his enemy forces and orders the 2 Hyper-MS's to overtake them.Just then,Sonic uses his spinning tackle attack to knock Hyper-MS03 through several walls in an effort to destroy it leaving Robotnik defenceless.However Robotnik unveiled a trap,which was Amy trapped in a tall clear cylinder with a bomb strapped to the lid.He also has a remote switch that will activate the floor below the cylinder and drop it into the ocean exploding on impact.Robotnik threatens to do it if Sonic interferes once more in his plans but Sonic doesn't think twice and lunges for the remote.Outside the fortress the Hyper-MS's have closed in on the speeding transports,Knuckles spots them and head out, to by more time for there escape.Tails is still injured and tries to get the transport defense systems online but is unable to override the security codes.Gameplay: Knuckles must defend the 5 transports from the 2 Hyper-MS's and any enemies that approach them or they will be destroyed.Knuckles was able to destroy Hyper-MS02 leaving it to crash into the ocean then he quickly tries to deal with the last one, when suddenly Hyper-MS03 from the fortress appears from out of nowhere.Elsewhere back at the fortress,an enraged Rotobnik has managed to retain control of the remote and he activates it.Instantly the cylinder holding Amy drops through a shaft into the ocean,as it falls Sonic dives for it,but misses sliding across the floor.He can now only watch through the glass floor for a few seconds as Amy's holding cylinder falls and explodes.Robotnik laughs the whole time at his foes greatest failure while viewing the monitors of the fleeing hostages transports being attacked one by one.At the same time Knuckles and Tails are unware of Amy's demise only seeing a small explosion below the floating fortess.Gameplay: Continue using Knuckles battling eneimes and the 2 Hyper-MS's for a limited amount of time minimizing the damage to the transports before their destroyed.A half-beaten Knuckles has done all he can for the hostages, he's now drawn off the last 2 Hyper-MS's to him only.The metal-sonics however still have juice left and are moving into position for the final strike.The battle damaged Hyper-MS01 quickly grabs Knuckles from behind in mid-air holding him in place while Hyper-MS03 distanced itself from them for an attack. Knuckles tried to free him self from the grips of the metal sonic but is too weak to do so.It's too little too late;Hyper-MS03 has now targeted both of them and makes a spinning blade attack destroying the two in a great explosion.Tails watch's in shock of the loss of his friend as he and the remaining hostages speed away to the shoreline where the police/rescue wait for their arrival.Just then Robotnik signaled the Hyper-MS03 to return to the fortress as soon as possible to help him defeat Sonic.Gameplay: Enraged by the loss of Amy,use Sonic to pursue and battle Robotnik through several levels of the now damaged fortress while collecting rings,battling enemies,dodging collapsing debris until arriving in the power generator room.Arriving on the upper level of the power room,Sonic makes a last attack hitting Robotnik into the main power switch blowing the generators for the fortress. The explosion throws Sonic backwards into Hyper-MS03,who just appeared right behind him,they both collide into a nearby generator causing an overload engulfing the two in a bright white light.Watching this unfold Robotnik believes Sonic to have been incinerated by the light and destroyed.Meanwhile on the mainland,Tails didn't see Sonic return yet and he rushs back to the beach only to see the burning fortress sinking in the ocean.
 Seconds later a bright light appears back in the power room with Sonic and a badly damaged Hyper-MS03 taking shape landing on the floor. A dazed Sonic tries to focus on his surrounding but stumbles on the burnt remains of the hyper-metal sonic. While checking the remains he notices fragment of the master emerald still glowing within it and dislodges it to take with him.Looking over the room,Sonic finds himself blocked in on both sides as the exits are covered with debris.That's not all the room is slowly filling with water,luckily there's an air duct to escape in and Sonic heads up to find away out.Gameplay: Use Sonic to travel through the debris filled air conditioning unit to the top of the fortress while collecting rings in the process.Gameplay Note: The floating fortress has sunk in the ocean with just the upper levels visible but when it sunk it hit an offshore drilling facility leaving it wedged above the fortress.Wondering around the surface,Sonic finds an old rowboat with just enough frameworks left to paddle him back to shore.On the beach Sonic takes a well-dissevered rest then later continues on,to find out what happened in the last few hours.Checking his surrounding he's baffled by the destruction that has accrued and after walking some more finds himself on the outskirts of Coastal City or what's left of it.
In the distance Sonic notices patrol copter's nearby searching for something,so he decides to investigate the situation.Upon his arrival he spots several patrol guards surrounding a lone person dressed in a hood and cape who was in a bad shape by there constant pursuit.Sonic wastes no time taking them out with his lighting speed,in doing so,he over hears the guards refer to the lone person as a freedom fighter.Maybe afterwards Sonic can get some answers as to what's been going on.Gameplay: Use Sonic to destroy the patrol copters and ground troops while protecting the freedom fighter as quickly as possible before reinforcements arrive.The freedom fighter doesn't speak but motions Sonic to follow him out of the area into the nearby forest to lose any pursuers.Later they reach a densely covered forest where a hover vehicle was hidden in,at this point Sonic was out of patience and wanted some answers as to what's been happening.The f. fighter nodded his head in agreement and removed his hood to reveal himself to be Tails.Surprised by who it was,Sonic also notices that one of Tails's tail is missing.Tails explains what happened to him on the fortress and to Knuckles,he also never found out what became of Amy who's been missing for many years.Sonic interrupts telling Tails that Robotnik captured and held her on the fortress but he was unsuccessful in saving her before she too meet her end.The two pause in disbelief after hearing one another's tale but then decide to move on to a nearby hideout for rest and more explanation.Meanwhile,a remaining patrol copter returns to headquarters to report the escape of the freedom fighter and an unknown accomplice who interfered with their efforts.The recorded video of the incident was handed over to the Sky Patrol General,which he viewed but was unable to get a visual of the accomplice.It was then sent to High Command for further review.
Sometime later Tails and Sonic reached an underground cave entrance that leads to the hideout,while on the trip Tails gives Sonic more insight as to what's been going on."For you Sonic it seems like moments have gone by, for me a lifetime.After your, uh, disappearance 10 years ago Robotnik wasted no time in making his move.First striking cities and towns kidnapping people everywhere to work for him in his factories to build a new weapon of some kind,which he later released in his campaign for dominance.These weapons were unbelieveable they could split the very sky and ground at the same time with no way of stopping it's path of destruction.I heard it myself what Robotnik called his new toys of torment,Rippleforce weapons.There were 7 of them in all,each one had their own power like the: Lighting blaster(1), Fire starter(2), Ocean disaster(3), Blitzing tornado(4), Meteor wave(5), Quake landslide(6) and Arctic front(7). During that time the United Earth Forces and myself tried to stop his onslaught from spreading but it was no good his forces were too much." explains Tails.Gameplay: In a flashback scene use Tails in his replacement "Tornado" aiding the U.E.F. in a number of small military missions.Some missions may involve shooting down enemy flyers,attacking ground forces and taking on Robotnik's main fleet.In his last mission Tails was shot down and was lucky to escape from the plane.It however was beyond repair so over time with technological advancements was able to rebuild it into the new and improved hover vehicle.
Later they final reach the hideout where several people were awaiting for Tails's arrival.Once inside Tails introduces his comrades,first there's Rotor an intelligent walrus who can build and fix anything;he's in charge of maintenance,computer technology,engineering and gathering intelligence is also 2nd in command of freedom fighters operations.Then there's Bunnie Rab-bot,a half rabbit-half robot,years ago escaping Robonik's experiments when he was trying to change life forms into robotic slaves.The robotic effects are irreversible but Bunnie has learned to live with it;she's now in charge of covert operations,weapon manufacture,security and sabotage.And there's Experiment 088 aka Bunny Punch a small white rabbit,one of Robotnik's early failed attempts to increase the strength and intelligence of a small woodland creature to superpowered status.Bunny Punch was saved by Tails and brought to the hideout;he was given a set of power gloves that control and enhance his power to break any object in his path.His duties include maintenance,covert operations,sabotage and intelligence,which he does very well due to his small size.Finally there's Tails himself, after years of struggle to get where he is today,he's done all he can to try and stop Robotnik.Tails is the backbone of the freedom fighters he's in charge of maintenance,weapons design,computer technology,covert operations and engineering without him there would be no hope.There are other's involved but they are all on undercover operations at this time who Sonic will meet at a later date.
Tails briefs his friends on Sonics situation and after a short discussion may have come up with a plan to send him back.They're going to need equipment to build a time warp machine and if a fragment of the master emerald brought Sonic here,then the whole emerald is going t be needed.Sonic hands over the emerald fragment he removed from the metal-sonic to Bunny Punch for safekeeping.After a well needed rest,the next morning Tails and Rotor are discussing a major plan in the works while Bunnie Rab-bot tells Sonic he'll need a disgusie in order to go out undetected.Once he was dressed Tails and Sonic head north to the Mountain Territory to speak to an old friend but they first must pass two other locations.Gameplay: Use the new hover vehicle the "Tornado" to travel through these cities collecting rings and defeating enemies.First,the Ruins of Coastal City- it is now sinking in the sea,when it was almost destroyed by the Ocean disaster(3) weapon 10 years ago.It is now the perfect location for Robotnik's Sea General submersble vehicles and covert assault boats now docked around the city.Second there's,Midway Prison- formally known as Midway Metropolis;now a prison for all those who apposed Robotnik's rule or were captured as spies working for the United Earth Forces,that now live in the surrounding lower suburbs.Those who were deemed a threat to the empire were placed in the now completed more secure Metro'Op building that holds many inmates with a zero escape rate.Passing through the defenses and enemies for each city will be difficult but once reaching the outskirts of the Mountain Territory the enemies will withdrawl.For this is ruled by the Dark Queen Rouge the bat.Tails informs Sonic he has kept in touch with her for years even though she's reclusive these days sense Robotnik took over this half of the world.Passing through the ghostly remains of Mountain Town the two traveler's reach the entrance to a dark cave that will lead them to Rouge's layer.Gameplay: Sonic and Tails must navigate through the dark caved maze to reach the layer.The cave is filled with many gruesome creatures of the night and Robotnik's failed experiments also lurk in the shadows,all the while collecting rings to survive.Once out of the maze,they reach the entrance to the layer and enter the main hall that is made-up of tall rock carved columns.In the far end is a staircase that leads to a throne high atop the side of the cave wall."Rouge where are you! I must speak with you!" yells Tails.Tails's voice echoes throughout the hall only disturbing some bats hiding in the darkness."Tails..." a murmured voice calls back.Sonic and Tails search the hall to try and locate where the voice is coming from but can't find it."Tails..." the voice repeats,this time much louder.Sonic and Tails this time look atop the throne to find Rouge sitting there glaring at them."Well Rouge,how have you been these days?" says Tails."I've had better days," replies Rouge, "So what brings you here to my territory?" Tails removes from his pack the fragment of the master emerald to give to her."Here Rouge,add this with the other pieces.We may need the master emerald later." says Tails. Surprised,Rouge slowly walks down from her throne to the bottom of the staircase to retrieve the fragment.She then questions Tails as to how he acquired it.He explains how Sonic got here in this time period and how with the help of the freedom fighters may be able to send him back to reverse the timeline."Sonic is dead along with the others!So don't try and pull a fast one on me Miles!" replies Rouge angrily.Sonic then interrupts removing part of his disguise and says, "I'm right here Rouge.See,all in one piece." Rouge then looks over at him but is unsure."Well then you won't mind if I test your skills then do you." says Rouge.Tails tries to stop the fight but its no good,with Rouge set in her ways and Sonic never backing down from a challenge its already set in motion.Elsewhere after hours of review High Command was still unable to get a clear view of the accomplice aiding the f.fighter.So an alert was sent out to all troop,sky and sea patrols to keep an eye open on this suspect while doing their regular duties.
Meanwhile back at the hall,Sonic and Rouge are about to start their challenge with Tails as the only witness standing out of the way.But first he tells Sonic to be on his guard,Rouge has had years of practice in close combat and has gained some new fighting moves."Are you ready hedgehog? This mite be fun if you can give me a challenge for once." says Rouge. "I'm ready bat-girl! Let's do this!" replies Sonic.While distancing themselves they walk in a circle to better size each other up,then the fight beings.Gameplay Brawl #1 Sonic vs. Rouge:This is a 1 on 1 fight within a time limit to the finish.Each fighter has a limited life bar with a set of fighting moves that match their personality and once the first fighter's life bar is depleted or time runs out a winner is decided.After the brawl Rouge tells Sonic his skills are quite good but he'll need a new power-up to Robotnik's forces if he's going to survive in this time period.Rouge hands to Sonic an orb that will increase his speed and strength; Sonic then touches it and immediately feels the effects of the power.
Later after some rest,Rouge explains that in order to send Sonic back to the past they will have to deactivate the Rippleforce weapons because they give off too much interference.Tails agrees,he and Rotor discovered the same thing years ago but have been unable to get close enough to the weapons to deactivate them."There may be a way we haven't thought of before. You Sonic could be the key in stopping those weapons once and for all." says Rouge.Tails had another idea,there's the Robo Grand Prix they could enter that would work in their favor.It originally started as a form of underground gambling between street racers but soon gained exposure from fans.It was then adopted as a full sport for all those living under Robotnik's rule for entertainment purposes."The Robo Grand Prix is the only real sport left on this side of the world that Robotnik allows to run all year.The racers use a new vehicle called the VU4-Skimmer(VU4-S), these fast low ground flying racing machines all have a four engine output and each have weapons to defend there ship from the other competitors.Each year the courses travel near the location of the weapons and we could use Sonics ability to deactivate them after each race.It would be dangerous but it's the risk we're going to have to take." explains Tails. "But here's the other problem we have to worry about.Its Robotnik's forces they are everywhere,the only way to deactivate the weapons is all at the same time.Sonic you'd have to set and hide a time-release bomb to cripple the weapons before you can jump back to the past safely." adds Rouge.After some more discussion Sonic and Tails prepare to leave and ask Rouge to come along but she declines saying she must stay here to guard the master emerald."But when you're ready,call me.I'll be there." says Rouge.With that Sonic and Tails head back to the hideout to make preparations to enter the Robo Grand Prix.Later at the hideout they begin for the race by totally rebuilding the "Tornado" into a VU4-Skimmer(VU4-S) using the #188.Tails and Bunny Punch are hard at work on the project adding the weaponry needed,the four engines for optimum output,a new cockpit for two occupants and a new navigtion system.Rotor briefs Sonic on the racescourses and the hazards he may encounter during the grand prix.
-In the northern hempisphere of Robotnik's Empire-
First in the east,far past the old offshore oil refinery is the Ocean disaster(3).This weapon destroyed many ships on the east coast with its powerful waves,sucking whirlpools and endless rain storms.It was responsible for the destruction of Coastal City when it was first activated,submerging the city in one gigantic tidal wave.Now for miles along the coast is nothing but ships of every kind that block travlers to land,not to mention the never-ending tidal waves that ravage the ocean leaving this place impassable. This racecourse is called the Ships Graveyard.
Second,to the west beyond the vast mountains of the Mountain Territory is the Lighting blaster(1).With severe rain and deadly lighting at its disposal it has destroyed anything in its domain.The rain has not stopped in this region for years leaving the plant life to overgrow at an alarming rate.Some plants have mutated becoming man-eaters grabbing anything that close to it for nourishment.With dense jungles and swamplands it is a dangerous place to travel on foot let alone by air.This racecourse is called the Green Hill Zone.
Third,in the frozen north past Robotnik's City is the Arctic front(5).This weapon brought all life in the north to an end by freezing everything it came in contact with.The below zero temperatures, the constant blizzards and the low visibility were hard to handle for many living beings that tried to survive or travel through the region.The mountains in this region at one time were mined for its riches but once depleted have long been forgotten for many years and now are just ghostly caverns.This racecourse is called the Lost Frozen Mines.
Lastly on the equator,between the north and south hempispheres is the Meteor wave(4).The weapon lies atop The Floating Island that at one time was home to the master emerald and the Guardian Knuckles.When Knuckles was destroyed by the hyper-metal sonics the emerald was up for grabs but when Robotnik ventured to claim it he was to late,it was gone.When the emerald was taken the island lost its only means of power and plummeted into the sea, however Robotnik saw this as a plus,intsead used the island for his own evil scheme.With Robotniks genius he rebuilt the island to be able to travel any where in his empire and with the added weapon onboard can destroy any target using its meteor attack.This racecourse is called the Sky Way Run.
-In the southern hempisphere of Robotnik's Empire-
First on the east coast is the Quake landslide(6).This weapon has the ability to cause earthquakes and move land mass anywhere, which it did creating a massive plateau along the coastline.It naturally blocks anyone from coming to this region that would dare try to sail or climb it but there is an old lighthouse below that warns those to turn back.Of course by the time you see the warning it maybe too late,as there are finger like rock stacks from the ocean floor all along the coastline that greatly endanger anyone's approach.This racecourse is called the Great Plateau.
Second to the west side,beyond the factory district is the Blitzing tornado(7).This weapon is obviously a massive tornado that travels in the region; it also has the help of its 4 defense orbs that act as smaller ones in other areas for better efficiency.The weapons power can stop any ground or air assault with ease,when it did some years ago it decimated the enviroment and changed it to a scorching desert.The only living animal life that inhabits this region is the gigantic sandworms that are a natural guards against invaders.This racecourse is called the Desert Heat Zone.
Lastly,in the southern region between many volcanoes lies the Fire starter(2).The weapon lies within an active volcano that it hides in but it also uses its 4 defense orbs as decoys in some other ones. The surrounding land cannot sustain life from the eruptions of molten rock and thick ashy smoke that have burned off the land leaving lava pools to form or trenches to pop open spewing burning steam.Besides all this there is an ancient city that lies in the heart of the region that scientists and treasure hunters alike have tried to reach for years to no avail.The city is called the Mystic Ruins,possibly from ancient times; it seems to have survived a great deal but what could be protecting it from the volcanoes wrath.This racecourse is called the Accursed Wasteland.
Gameplay:Beside these 7 racecourses there is a pre-race warm-up that will let the racers practice their skills on.It begins at the offshore oil refinery and runs to the Ruins of Coastal City,then through the suburbs of Midway Prison,then finally to the ghostly remains of Mountain Town then returning to start.This run should be beneficial for all the racers to better understand the operations of the VU4-S in a short amount of time.Each skimmer is equipped with shield armor for protection,gun turrets to be used against the competitors,and lastly 4 super-sonic engines for greater propulsion.All of these features can be targeted and disabled anytime during the race that would cause the skimmer to lose handling,the loss of speed,and some weapon malfunction.They can however be regenerated by collecting rings or power-ups that will equally distribute the necessary health to each damaged feature.
Rotor says that Sonic and Tails will be the newest competitors in the grand prix but there are some well-known racers who have done it for years.They include: "Kurt E. Ace" the dog,was a fighter pilot for the United Earth Forces years ago with Tails in missions against Robotnik.When he was shot down he went into hiding gathering intelligence for the U.E.F. before teaming up with the freedom fighters.Because of his elite flying skills he soon became an expert racer in the grand prix and currently uses the #010 VU4-S with his bot co-pilot "Coconuts".In his off time he still works for both the U.E.F. and the freedom fighters in secret operations.
"Max Grissom" the warthog,was a highly skilled catcher for many years with the M. Metropolis Giants.An aggressive soul by nature who was later banned from pro sports for undisclosed reasons but when Robotnik took over he joined up in his quest.Rising through the ranks he became a bounty hunter for the empire,capturing or assassinating those who were a threat to Robotnik's rule.Currently uses the #610 VU4-S with his bot co-pilot "Blastoid", but in his off time he is the most lethal hunter in the empire.
"Terry Johnson" the grizzly bear,was a highly skilled 1st basemen for the Coastal City Bigwave.A homerun hitter and all around fan favorite with his positive attitude played for the team for the team for years,but that all changed when Robotnik took over. Seeking only revenge for what happened to his family when they were kidnapped and taken to the floating fortress those 10 years ago.Currently uses the #483 VU4-S with his oldest son "Lance" as the co-pilot.Terry hopes to one day get Robotnik back,but for now he bides his time for that chance.
"Captain Pie-Rat McGee" a human male,is a good natured and positive person but is dressed in a mascot costume of a huge rat from a restaurant chain,with a pet mechanical parrot at his side.The restaurant in question was called "Captain McGee's seaside family Restaurant",the Pie-Rat part comes from the dessert that was served at the end of the meal for kids.Unfortunately when Robotnik took over many businesses went under and the person in the costume couldn't let it go; I mean really couldn't let go.They imprisoned him at Midway Prison for many years believing that he was a lunatic but was later released on good behavior.With the captain is his co-pilot "Ms. Monterey" aka "Melissa Ward", a human female,who used to work in the same restaurant chain but not in a costume.She was working in the factory district when she received the news she was going to be in the grand prix as a racer.Soon realizing whom she was working with,she almost died. Melissa dealt with it thou,unfortunately moving from nutcase to another.They currently use the #290 VU4-S, together they've been able to gather a huge following of fans calling themselves the Pirate Raiders.
"Jake Knight" a human male,was a rookie police officer for the Coastal City PD.He was there when the last of the transport(s) returned to the mainland 10 years ago.In the next few days Robotnik made his move causing panic to spread throughout the cities with rioting,uncontrollable fires and enemies attacking everywhere.He and his fellow officers did what they could but it ultimately didn't matter as a huge tidal wave was coming that would destroy the city.Evacuaction was immanent so he took a PD motorcycle towards M. Metropolis,he was chased all the way by flying and ground enemies for miles trying to stop him.He was later captured with others in the west trying to escape on ships to the opposite side of the world.Even in Midway Prison his skills were still remembered and he was asked to be part of the grand prix,which he accepted.He now uses the #189 VU4-S with co-pilot robot dog "K-09" in all his races.
"Rachael Sky" a human female,she was an emergency helicopter pilot from Midway Metropolis Hospital.Her positive attitude got her through the daily grind but that changed when Robotnik attacked the surrounding area.She was part of the evacuation process for all 3 cities,the tidal wave that destroyed Coastal City; the meteor attacks on Midway Metropolis and the freezing of Mountain Town.She was later captured with others in the south with the last resistance force and sent to the factory district to work.Her flying skills were well recognized and she was asked to join the grand prix,which she did as an undercover spy for the freedom fighters.She currently uses the #212 VU4-S with "Bunny Punch" as her co-pilot.
"Doug the Thug" the pig,was a weapons dealer in an abandon warehouse in M. Metropolis.A sick fascination with guns and more guns was all he cared about the bigger the better.When Robotnik attacked he tried in vain to save his business by blasting every enemy he could see but ultimately running out of ammo.Due to his lack of speed he was captured but his knowledge of weapons got him a lead job at the factory district making lethal weapons for Robotnik's soldiers.When the grand prix came into being he jumped at the chance to blast other opponents to pieces.He currently uses the #047 VU4-S with co-pilot bot "Grounder".

the game idea is great with the idea of three different time periods but the names of the places should be mor original. i would suggest a name like mistic mountain or somthing but if you like it how it is, it's not my game.good luck!!!
