You will also be able to perform combos in the game.

At the start of the game you will as in the movie move to Florida with your mum. As the game progresses you will have cut scenes such as Daniel meeting with Mr Mihogi. As in the movie Daniel will have many confrontations in the game, in the event of a confrontation you will have the option to fight, resulting in more attributes depending on how you beat your opponent, but if you lose you will be deducted some of your attributes, you can also walk away. You will be able to go to Mr Mihogi for training and in that you will be able to develop various skills of your character such as power, speed, and special moves such as the famous kick, in addition you will be able to paint the fence and wax the floor! You will have 1 minute to do your task and by tapping X repeatebly, whist you are doing this you will have Mr Mihogi shouting orders in the background, The more pieces of fence you paint or areas of the floor you wax you will be awarded speed attributes, a task will be at the end of each training session. The game will not follow the movie exactly you will have many more people to fight and many more tournaments to enter, you can find the list of tournaments in the dojo downtown. If you win a tournament you can put the trophy in your trophy cabinet, which you can view at the main menu screen. In the game the screen will have many options on it such as go downtown or go to school, once you reach your destination you can explore similar to the game Shenmue. The game will be set out in a day format leading up to the main tournament or fight but to progress through the days you will have to complete at least one confrontation, the story will lead you up to the tournaments or fights such as the cobras confronting you at home or downtown. You will have the option to play this game as a simulation playing by the points system or Arcade playing as a beat em up obviously the points system does not apply during a confrontation.
