Learn Game Programming
DeVry's Game and Simulation Programming curriculum will prepare you for taking on various development roles in the game industry.
Game Art & Design Degree
Westwoods’s game art & design program will teach you everything you will need to know before you apply for a job in the game industry.
Game Scheme: Say hello to NASCAR. Driving around the course, building up your car, and winning the cup. Enjoy gambling? Take the gambling software and lay your wager on racer X (go speed racer....ahem.) Be a buisnessman who pays for the decals on the other racers car and offer racer x more money than the pot so your buisness gets the recognition. Get the idea?
Pros: This is an easy way to save space for gamers as they only need to have the necessary space to run a specific program on the desktop. And for people who enjoy porting characters, this will be the perfect environment in which to move them around and do different things. Another plus is that if you want to "watch" a sport or a fight or anything of the kind, you can record specific matches or teams, and only need to interpret the visual aspect from one game to another instead of worrying about the actual mechanics of the gameplay from one to another.
Cons: Multiple games that play together being a very intense undertaking as well as finding a specific niche for each genre to fit into the whole and how it affects other games. How does your crime lord interact with someone who's playing a baseball game without destroying the integrity of each persons play experience? All in all, this is very idealistic. But I think the overall experience would be much more rewarding in the long run for everyone involved.
