Conker returns with a few tricks up his fur. Find out all the details in our full preview!

For those that do not know Conker began his life as a cartoony character in Rare's arsenal. Making cameos in Diddy Kong Racing for the N64 just wasn't his style so when Rare decided to give him his own 64 game he went out and got drunk for the occassion. Conker's Bad Fur Day was one of the most controversial N64 games ever released, imagine a mascot that appears harmless bouncing on breasts and swearing like a sailor. It was heaven! It was also one of THE finest platform games available on the N64. Now that Microsoft owns Rare the drunken one has returned for his XBox debut and we at ZTGD couldn't be more excited!

Conker Live and Uncut is the best of two worlds. Rare is promising a complete version of Bad Fur Day with updated XBox graphics as well as a completely new online mode for XBox Live. There will be between 7-10 maps available and voice chat is fully supported. At the recent E3 show the multi-player aspect was playable and from the impressions was truly a winner. Very similar to the BFD multi-player modes the new game will feature a death match style game with weapons and blood galore. There will also be vehicles and a re-invented version of the heist mode where each team is trying to rob a bank before the other. Simply marvelous is what comes to my mind. No official release date has been set but expect it late this year or possibly next year (knowing Rare I vote for the latter). If that wasn't enough Rare is also promising that the updated version of BFD will include scenes that were cut from the N64 release, so fans of the original begin drooling now, it's never been a better time to be an XBox owner!
